Join New York-based artists Kerstin Brätsch and Debo Eilers (together known as KAYA) along with SCAD Museum of Art assistant curator Ariella Wolens, and curatorial duo Sam Bardaouil and Till Fellrath for a conversation about their new SCAD Museum of Art exhibitions. Brätsch and Eilers’ shape-shifting collaboration has unfolded over the past 10 years, and their SCAD MOA installation Under_Ursus continues their artistic evolution. Bardaouil and Fellrath’s exhibition I Put a Spell On You surveys 11 distinct models of collective practice, highlighting the complex, coauthored processes of artistic production. The exhibition features artist duos such as Elmgreen & Dragset, EVA & ADELE, and Bárbara Wagner and Benjamin de Burca, as well as collaborative works led by artists Kahlil Joseph, Nadia Kaabi-Linke, and Bianca Kennedy.
