Encounter vital international voices at SCAD deFINE ART 2022, honoring Katharina Grosse

For more than a decade, SCAD deFINE ART has brought together an international roster of culture-defining arts leaders to engage and inspire audiences in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia, through unforgettable encounters with contemporary art.

This year’s programming includes a series of in-person artist talks and conversations and a new season of exhibitions at SCAD museums featuring large-scale installations and immersive environments, original commissions, and key works from the museums’ permanent collections. Encouraging deeper engagement with the histories we inherit and the complexities of our daily lives to foster a more connected and compassionate world, SCAD deFINE ART 2022 builds on lessons of the past to create spaces in the present moment to envision a future full of opportunity.
