SCAD MOA curator DJ Hellerman leads an exclusive members-only tour of exhibitions featuring work by Rose B. Simpson, Paulina Olowska, and Emily Furr (B.F.A., graphic design, 2000).

In totemic figurative sculptures, Simpson challenges restricted notions of art and its ability to impact humanity. Olowska’s paintings, presented alongside work by a cohort of Polish female artists, grapples with the history and contemporary status of women in society. Furr, a SCAD graduate, paints celestial visions that place cool, hard-edged objects within weightless, star-filled voids. Star Tap is her first solo museum exhibition.
