Meditation is an ancient wellness practice that encourages us to stay present in the moment and to fine-tune our focus, and has many benefits for creative minds. Join us for a weekly meditation session to relax and restore your artistic flow. Each session runs 20–30 minutes. Dress comfortably and bring a mat or blanket.
This weekly meditation workshop is free for museum members and SCAD students, faculty, and staff with a valid SCAD Card, and open to the public with the cost of museum admission.
