Rest and restore with meditation at the SCAD Museum of Art. Museum educators invite you to ground and practice mindful relaxation during a 20–30 minute guided meditation. Bring your mat and blanket and remember to dress comfortably.

This weekly meditation workshop is free for museum members and SCAD students, faculty, and staff with a valid SCAD card, and is open to the public with the cost of museum admission.

Meditation is an ancient wellness practice that teaches us how to be mindful as we focus our attention on relaxation. Join us a for a weekly meditation session where we ground and restore ourselves. Each session runs 20–30 minutes, so be sure to bring your mat or blanket and dress comfortably.

The meditation workshop is free for museum members and SCAD students, faculty, and staff with a valid SCAD card, and is open to the public with the cost of museum admission.
