SCAD Museum of Art members and SCAD students will have an exclusive opportunity to preview the 'The New World: "Outlander" Season Four' exhibition at a VIP reception.
Award-winning costume designer Terry Dresbach, STARZ and SCAD have partnered to bring nearly 20 costumes from the series to the museum. Cast members and show creators are scheduled to attend the reception.
Dresbach has received numerous accolades for her "Outlander" costume designs, including Emmy Award nominations in 2016 and 2018 for Outstanding Period Costumes, and a Costume Designers Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Period Television Series in 2016. Dresbach won an Emmy in 2004 and a Costume Designers Guild Award in 2003 for "Carnivàle."
Both museum members and SCAD students must register online in advance of the event to obtain a ticket. Museum members will receive an email to confirm their attendance at the VIP reception.
